Fed up with my basic post-it index tabs I decided to make some of my own. I hand embroidered 3 notebook tabs to use in my organiser refill.
I wrote the words on scraps of fabric with a pencil. Next, I embroidered the letters using scrap threads I had lying around. Finally, I sewed the scraps of fabric onto some large paperclips from my stationery stash. My new tabs read “In/Out”: to keep track of things I’ve recently purchased and thrown out, “ToDo”: fairly self-explanatory and “Ideas”: where I brain dump the wildly various inspirations that strike me on a daily basis.
